My brother forwarded this copy of an 1950 FBI Memo. It's a little hard to read but, I thought that some of you would like to look at it.
Oh yes, the Guy Hottel memo. This is what it says (for those like me whose eyes are a bit dodgy!):
To: Director, FBI
From: Guy Hottel, SAC, Washington
Subject: Flying Saucers, Information Concerning
The following information was furnished to SA (BLANKED) by (BLANKED)
An investigator for the Air Forces stated that three so-called Flying Saucers had been recovered in New Mexico. They were described as being circular in shape with raised centres, approximately 50 feet in diameter. Each one was occupied by three bodies of human shape but only three feet tall., dressed in metallic cloth of very fine texture. Each body was bandaged in a manner similar to the blackout suits used by speed flyers and test pilots.
According to Mr (BLANKED) informant, the saucers were found in New Mexico due to the fact that the Government has a very high-powered radar setup in that area and it is believed the radar interferes with the controlling mechanism of the saucers.
No further evaluation was attempted by SA (BLANKED) concerning the above.
This memo can be thoroughly debunked and is not an actual document from the U.S. Gov't. It is a laughable attempt at a forgery at best. As curt and snide as that sounds , I don't mean it that way. This document is fake. For further details I be happy to oblige though it would bore the average reader.
