Who is doing the exorcisms? Since you mentioned "teams" it suggests (though I could be wrong) that these are so-called (and often self-proclaimed) demonologists. Have you had direct contact with the actual Catholic clergy in this matter?
It struck me as odd that you mentioned multiple teams. Generally, someone that is actually trained to deal with demons will stick around until the job is done (even when that means getting the client mental help in addition to spiritual help). Even a "simple" exorcism can take days to perform...how long where they there?
Do you have any idea what triggered the onset of the occurances? Have you been involved in anything that could be called occult? Have you been involved with ghost hunting or spirit communication in general?
An improperly done exorcism will leave a window open for "it" to return at best or can even make things worse.
Not knowing your faith background, if you do not feel the Catholic Church is readily available to you, I would contact the Paranormal Clergy
They have the knowledge and the network to get you the help it sounds like need.
Of course it is entirely possible that what you are dealing with is not an actual demon, but rather a really nasty spirit or elemental type that gets off on scaring the crap out of you. Such cases are handled similarly, but exorcisms will not work on attachments - similar process but different methods. The Paranormal Clergy is also versed in this.
Finally, it is difficult to rule out that you are bringing this on yourself or even causing it it (mentally if involuntarily) with any interest and participation in the paranormal. Something about you could be holding onto an attachment or you could have some type of higher mental ability that is manifesting itself in this way and your fear is acting like a drug.
The help you need and are seeking is not going to be found through your typical paranormal team. You need someone TRAINED in dealing with this type of phenomena.
Now, some things you can do while you are waiting on help to arrive
