It appears to be nothing more than a VU meter with peak filtering. I guess I would have to try to use it. If it does as they say, this video doesn't do much to demonstrate its usefulness. It still seems to be after-the-fact review rather than real-time. I don't hear the words they claim to hear (though I do hear sounds); nor do I see a meaningful spike to coincide with the words.
I'm not saying it is useless but it clearly needs some tweaking to be effective.
