So the co-founders want to buy this http://www.ghoststop.com/Complete-4-Camera-DVR-Package-Q-See-p/dvr-qsd004c4-250.htm but I was wondering if it is a good deal?
And has anyone bought from www.ghoststop.com before?

Order this instead, with a larger hard drive, and send me the difference in price (savings of $100.00) :P
The products are from the same company.
I have used Q-see products. Don't expect sony grade, just expect a budget solution that WORKS. I have a laptop based q-see solution with 4 cameras and it does work, nicely.
In case you haven't used it before TigerDirect is a trustworthy site. The company I work for orders almost all of our IT stuff from there. I can get you in contact with a rep as well. Let me know! They do a great job. I have never ordered from ghoststop, but it looks like a nice site.
I agree with Ryan, but TigerDirect sells don't last but for a few weeks...
Its a good idea to check amazon, but that is tigerdirect's regular price.
Hey, this is Shawn from GhostStop. I'll always admit it's hard to compete with Ebay and Amazon sometimes but I'm always here to help and always answer emails and phone. We also have a ton of other stuff that is unbeatable on price.
Anyway, I'm here to help and please let me know if anyone has questions.
Take care and happy hunting,
shawn
Before purchasing any DVR, I recommend the following two articles on the subject:

Those links will give you the knowledge necessary to purchase a DVR system with no buyers' remorse later...
